Reporting a side effect
If you experience a side effect, message your care team from your account straight away. For severe symptoms, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
You can also report side effects to the FDA through MedWatch at fda.gov/medwatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088.
Making a complaint
Message our patient support team from your account with details of your concern. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied, you may contact the medical board or board of pharmacy in your state.
