Cancelling
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals.
If you aren't prescribed
If a provider decides medication is not appropriate for you, you won't be charged for medication.
Medication
For safety reasons, pharmacies cannot accept returns of dispensed prescription medication. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact your care team within 7 days.
