SlimBelle. provides a technology platform and membership. Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers. SlimBelle. does not practise medicine.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and located in a state where SlimBelle. care is available.
No guarantee of prescription
Providers decide independently whether treatment is appropriate. We cannot guarantee a prescription or any particular result.
Membership and billing
Membership renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay.
