Important safety information

GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription medicines. Compounded versions are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Do not use if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid carcinoma, if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, or if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. In studies in rodents, these medicines caused thyroid C-cell tumors; it is not known whether they cause them in people.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain and reduced appetite. Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar when used with some diabetes medicines, kidney problems, allergic reactions and changes in vision in people with diabetes.

Tell your provider about every medicine you take. Stop and seek medical care right away if you have severe stomach pain that does not go away, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing.

Questions women ask us

How much weight will I lose?

Nobody can promise a number, and we won't. Results vary from person to person. Your provider will set realistic expectations based on your health and the trial evidence.

Is compounded medication the same as Wegovy or Zepbound?

No. Compounded medicines contain the same active ingredient but are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients. They are not FDA-approved, and the branded trial results do not apply directly to them.

Will my price go up as my dose increases?

Your provider explains the price of each step before you agree to it, so there are no surprises on your statement.

What if I get side effects?

Message your care team any time. Nausea is common early on, and your provider can slow your dose increases or pause if needed.

Can I stop?

Yes. You can cancel your membership any time from your account. Your provider can help you plan how to stop safely.

Two minutes to find out.

Answer a few questions, no account needed, then book your visit with a licensed provider.
